The Vaulted Barn
Crockwell Farm has great choices when it comes to holding your wedding ceremony. You can choose between the Vaulted Barn, the Orchard Pavillion or for particularly large weddings the Starlight Marquee.
They even have a live video feed available for friends and family around the world who were unable to make it but would love to watch as you say ‘I Do’.
With oak beams, high ceilings, beautiful alcoves and candles, the Vaulted Barn is full of character. You’ll want an atmosphere to match and this is where Taylormade Acoustic Duo really comes into its own. Our beautiful, acoustic covers add a unique atmosphere and bring the spark that only live music can bring.
The Orchard Pavilion for Sarah & George
The Orchard Pavilion
If you’ve always wanted to get married outside, surrounded by nature then Crockwell also offer the gorgeous Orchard Pavilion. Set in the beautifully landscaped gardens, the Orchard Pavillion looks sensational and Taylormade can add that perfect summertime soundtrack to your celebrations.
We always arrive with plenty of time, set up quickly and discreetly behind the pavilion, prior to guests arrival, and begin by performing a 10-minute set as your guests take their seats and get ready for the ceremony to begin. This always sets a beautiful tone for the day.
When everyone is seated and ready to go, the registrar or one of the team at Crockwell will give us a nod and we will start performing our beautiful version of your bridal entrance song. Having this performed live by Taylormade adds to the pure emotion and anticipation, and is always a breathtaking moment as you make your way to your waiting fiancé.

Your aisle walk -
The big moment!
The aisle walk at Crockwell is the perfect distance to build the anticipation and by the time you reach the top, the song will be in full flow, helping to create another timeless memory. The registrar will then give us a final nod and we'll find the perfect place to gently end the song.
When it's time to sign the register, we will perform another 2 or 3 songs, depending on how many pictures the photographer and your guests would like to take. These songs keep your guests entertained whilst you sign and continue to build the anticipation for that special moment when you will walk back down the aisle as husband and wife.
And when we hear the words "please be upstanding for the brand new Mr and Mrs…" we’ll begin a fantastic rendition of your final track, no doubt along to huge applause and celebrations from your family and friends as you are declared husband and wife!
The Walnut Tree Lawn for Victoria & Cole
Your drinks reception:
The Saddle Room, or Walnut Tree Lawn?
Once your ceremony is complete, you'll head off for a well-earned glass of champagne! The drinks reception is a time for catch ups and photographs. Sip champagne in the shade of the beautiful walnut tree with some lovely garden games, or chat and mingle amongst friends and family in the beautiful Saddle Room.
Taylormade can relocate to the lawn and serenade you and your guests with beautiful love songs as you have your photos taken or, if the weather is a little changeable, then we can head to the Saddle Room to provide the perfect drinks reception soundtrack inside. Either way, we’ll perform some fun, feel-good tracks to get toes tapping yet remain relaxed enough to keep the conversation flowing freely.

Your First Dance & Evening Reception: The Starlight Marquee
The Starlight Marquee and dancefloor is where the action happens at night!
Crockwell is one of the few venues that has room enough for a built-in stage for Taylormade to rock out on and a huge dancefloor just calling out for you and your guests to dance the night away.
Another great thing about Crockwell is that as it is set in beautiful countryside with no immediate neighbours, there is no sound limiter and therefore we can use our full acoustic drumkit giving a true live band sound.
We always start the evening with a live performance of your First Dance performed by our Acoustic Duo, usually at around 8.00pm. These first steps as husband and wife, whether embraced in a shuffle or as a fully choreographed routine, will bring goosebumps to your friends and family who will be gathered on the dance floor ready to make this a moment to remember forever. As soon as the First Dance ends it's time to get your dancing shoes on and party the night away with our first 60-minute set!
As you can see from the fantastic video, the stage is the perfect size for Taylormade and the full drumkit is an absolute showstopper under our stage-lights which are included in every package.
We’ll take a 60-minute break at around 9.00pm and our DJ will keep the party going during this time, taking requests and reading the dancefloor. This is also a great time for you to have your evening food and once everyone has eaten and refilled their glasses the second set will begin at 10.00pm.
As the band returns for the second set, it’s a great time to toss that bouquet! As you head up the steps we'll encourage all the single ladies on to the dance floor below and give a countdown ready for you to throw that beautiful bouquet into the crowd.
With the victor decided, we'll kick off again and end the second band set at around 11.00pm. The DJ will keep the party going until midnight with your favourite songs and requests from guests and your friends and family will give you a send-off to remember forever!
