9th July 2017 announced for the next Taylormade Public Showcase!

We are very pleased to say that our next Taylormade Duo and Live Band showcase will be on Sunday 9th July 2017 in Daventry, Northamptonshire and we have the following timeslots available:

3.00pm - 3.40pm, 3.40pm - 4.20pm and 4.20pm to 5.00pm

It's always a good idea to catch a band live, so you can see and hear them in action for yourself before you decide to book them for your wedding day.

You may have read this advice in Wedding magazines, forums and possibly heard it from Wedding Organisers themselves. It is certainly a good thing to do if you can - there are many Wedding Bands that sound very different playing live than in their carefully crafted studio recordings and videos. This can lead to a big disappointment on the day, by which time it is sadly too late.

Over the years we have regularly had couples asking us how they could see us live before they book. Unfortunately as we are a professional live band, the only performances we had were at Weddings, Corporate Events or Private Functions which we were unable to invite couples along to.

Then, when we were planning our own Wedding in 2010, we recognised how daunting it was to book a supplier straight off of the internet, with no real way to know what it would be like on your Wedding Day.

At Taylormade we have absolute confidence in our musical abilities and take great pride in our live performances. so with this in mind we started holding showcases every 3 months or so at our Band Hall in Daventry.

These regular 'Showcase Events' provide an opportunity for couples to come and see for themselves. You can meet us in person, see us live and get that all important peace of mind that we will sound great on your special day. 

Each couple is given a private timeslot (unless we have a lot of demand and then there is a maximum of 2 couples per timeslot). At the start of the 45 minutes we will perform about 5 songs for you. These are usually a couple of tracks as the Acoustic Duo, if you are thinking of having the duo during your Ceremony or Drinks Reception, and then 3 tracks with the Party Duo or 4 Piece Live Band. You can choose 3 tracks off of our set lists if there are particular tracks you would like us to play, or leave it to us and we will choose 3 tracks to show you the variety, genres and decades in our repertoire.

Once we have finished performing you will then have a one on one chat with either myself or Matt, and we can answer any questions, concerns or ideas you have for your special day.
 

All of the couples who have attended our showcases over the years have said how great it was to have that peace of mind leading up to the big day and so much more personal than planning everything via email.
